About
“Only what is really oneself has the power to heal.”
Jung
Hello, I’m Samantha. As an Integrative psychotherapist, I’ve always been immersed in the big questions of existence: what constitutes a good and soulful life? How do people heal and evolve in order to live from the freedom and peace that is inherent in each of us?
My professional orientation is mirrored in the principles around which I centre my own life: an ongoing commitment to my own inner evolution, spiritual balance, and authenticity in how I lead my life. I love being out in the wild, the power of music, and delight in living a life of meaning, consciousness and service. This, in combination with my life long love of learning, is foundational to the depth, warmth and insight of my therapeutic approach.
As an Integrative Psychotherapist I have 27 years of professional experience in both private and clinical practice, plus experience of teaching at Masters level. With strong academic roots in Psychology (specialising in the field of Addiction Recovery) and Integrative Psychotherapy, my expertise, acuity and efficacy has been enriched by decades of practice and continued professional development in a range of therapeutic modalities.
The role of spirituality is integral in my approach and forms a common thread through my work. My ongoing study and practice of non-dual philosophy, psychedelic therapy, mysticism, meditation and yoga underpins my working methodology and ethos.
